The Drambuie Scottish Chefs' Centre

celebrates its fifth anniversary this year. The Centre of Culinary Excellence Scotland is owned by the Scottish Chefs Association and is a small hotel with a 40-seater restaurant, lounge and conservatory with over 600 members from all over Scotland, sponsored by Drambuie and American Express. The Association aims to develop Scottish cooking talent and offers a wide range of culinary courses.
